Pedal your way through paradise on Legacy Trail, a smooth, paved trail that will take you ten miles from the Historic Venice Train Depot to the southern outskirts of Sarasota with only a few well-marked street crossings on low-volume roads. Along the way keep an eye out for birds, lizards, snakes, tortoises, and rabbits, as well as informational signs about the area’s history and its flora and fauna.
